DESCRIPTION

HOW TO USE:

Start in the inner edge of your eyebrow and gradually move outward in short, hair-like strokes following the direction of growth. Use light strokes of the pencil to fill in sparse areas or define the entire brow for a more dramatic look. Finish by applying gel to perfectly shape and sculpt your eyebrows.
